The client was a non-UK national looking to invest in commercial property. The client instructed Azurian Capital property finding team to source mixed-use freehold property inside the M25.

The property sourced was a mixed-use property based in Greater London. It already had several long leases as part of the existing tenancies, with office space on the ground floor. The property team investigated the possibility of securing permitted development right and converting the existing floor-plan to residential use.
