The property team investigated the possibility of securing permitted development right and converting the existing floorplan to residential use. After confirming the likelihood of an investment opportunity, using detailed comparative analysis of the area for both commercial and residential units, and investigating the economic need of the proposed plan, we were able to secure the property at auction with pre-arranged auction finance funding. Once secured, our team arranged full planning and offered a turnkey solution to begin the construction of the property to convert to residential units.
